Martin has almost 25 years experience in the area of people development.
He spent 17 years as an officer in the Defence Forces before resigning and moving to the private sector.
Within the private sector he specialised in Human Resources and Industrial Relations consultancy. This was followed by a senior position in the public sector where he was involved in the formulation and implementation of a number of corporate strategies. He joined LMI in 2004 and in that time has built a client base in a number of sectors.
As a keen sportsperson he competes in triathlons and spends most of his spare time coaching under age hurling teams.
